WATCH: Chelsea Handler MELTS DOWN In Rant On JD Vance’s ‘Childless Cat Lady’ Comments

The New Atlantis

Liberal comedian Chelsea Handler, a vocal celebrator of her own childless freedom, is ripping Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) after the vice presidential candidate criticized “childless cat ladies” running the Democratic Party for being out-of-step with the hopes and needs of American families.

In a social media clip that has since gone viral, the former E! News host lit into Vance for his anti-feminist comments. “Listen up you wingnut elegy: This country is still controlled by men in systems that were set up, by men, that were carefully crafted to continue to benefit men,” she ranted. “So, to put it in women-hating terms you’ll understand – you’re being hysterical.”

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

She continued: “But let’s be clear: There’s no correlation between childless people and the presidency. For example, our very first United States president, Mr. George Washington, didn’t have children. In fact, he had two stepchildren” similar to Vice President Kamala Harris. “That’s right, just like someone else I know,” she joked. “And to your point about Kamala not being fit because she’s not a mother, I’d like to remind you that no president in the history of the United States has ever been a mother!” she said emphatically shaking her head.

Handler, 49, has been a prominent defender of women choosing to never marry or have children, so Vance’s comments cut especially deep for her. To celebrate her 49th birthday this year, the comedian posted a video of her skiing in a bikini and smoking a joint.

WATCH:

One year earlier, she posted a video touting her regular “day in the life of a childless woman” where she eats a marijuana-laced cookie and shows off a sex toy. “I wake up at 6 a.m. and remember I have no kids to take to school, so I eat an edible, masturbate, and go back to sleep.” Over six hours later, she continues, “I get ready for a busy day of doing whatever the f*** I feel like” including bringing her latest sexual partner over for a rendezvous.

WATCH:

Vance’s comments have put the Trump campaign on the defensive one week after Harris succeeded President Joe Biden at the top of the ticket. He sat with conservative SiriusXM host Megyn Kelly on Friday in an attempt to amend his original comments and largely stayed quiet over the weekend while President Trump held rallies where he ripped Harris as “evil” and brought attention back on himself by telling a group of Catholics that they would “never have to vote again” if he won in November. The comment quickly generated a wave of mainstream media rage about Trump’s so-called anti-democratic sentiments, though allies were quick to interpret the comment as meaning that the Republican would meet all Catholics’ demands for politicians if he serves another four years.

“My God, are we tired,” Handler raged in her video. “You sad, Mountain Dew-drinking, couch humping, dolphin p*** aficionado. All of us childless cat and dog ladies are gonna go from ‘childless and crushing it’ to childless and crushing you in November.”

JUST IN: Leaked Texts Reveal Trump Countersnipers Knew About Shooter HOURS Beforehand

The New Atlantis

Leaked text messages between Secret Service snipers present at former President Donald Trump’s shooting show that agents were aware of strange behavior by the young gunman and lost track of him for a period of time before he opened fire.

Messages and a chronology of the rally posted by the Gateway Pundit show that snipers were monitoring 20-year-old Thomas Crooks on the roof of an adjacent building up to a half-hour before he targeted President Trump with a rifle of his own. The line of sight was confirmed by rally participant Greg Smith who along with others could see the snipers with eyes on Crooks while they perched on the second floor of another building. Smith confirmed to the outlet that snipers appeared to be watching the gunman for up to a half hour before he fired his first shot, nicking Trump’s ear.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

The morning of July 13th began at 9 a.m. for security personnel as they received a briefing about the late-afternoon Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Local SWAT and sniper units from Butler County, Beaver County, and Washington County received a 48-page presentation outlining the expectations. Participants previously noted that the Secret Service was conspicuously absent from the meeting, according to a 13-page post-event analysis compiled by U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI).

Snipers took their positions about 90 minutes later, and it wasn’t until after 5 p.m. that Crooks was first observed by a marksman. An analysis of video and satellite evidence from that day has shown that Crooks was walking the perimeter of the rally site hours in advance and even flew a drone for additional nefarious intel that was not intercepted by authorities. At 5:32 p.m. a sniper spotted Crooks crawling along the ground with a rangefinder, a device commonly used by hunters and target shooters to determine their distance before firing a shot. He sent a text to a counterpart who told him to alert the event’s dispatch center. It took approximately 35 to 40 minutes before the sniper traveled to the ground floor to meet up with dispatchers who had been sent to track down Crooks. Minutes later, he opened fire.

As part of the multiple investigations opened into the colossal security failure, investigators have unearthed text messages between the snipers showing that Crooks was on their radar as early as 4:26 p.m. when one sniper described a “suspicious individual” sitting at a picnic table 50 yards from the rally’s exit point. “Guys I am out. Be safe,” the sniper wrote. “Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know. I’m just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there.”

One minute later the sniper wrote Crooks was “sitting to the direct right on a picnic table about 50 yards from the exit.” Another sniper responded with a thumbs-up emoji and wrote “Roger that.”

By 5:38 p.m., roughly a half-hour before the first gunshot, a sniper again texted his colleague that Crooks was crawling around the building he was in with a rangefinder in his hand. He snapped the widespread photo of Crooks looking over his shoulder and texted it, writing, “Kid learning around building we are in,” one wrote. “I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage. FYI. If you wanna notify SS snipers to look out. I lost sight of him.”

From the New York Times:

Taken together, the text messages provide the most detailed picture yet of the hours before the assassination attempt. They reveal that the gunman, later identified as Thomas Crooks, 20, of Bethel Park, Pa., aroused police suspicion more than 90 minutes before the shooting, rather than about 60 minutes, as has been previously discussed in congressional hearings.

The messages also add to the evidence that the would-be assassin was often one step ahead of security forces, and in particular the Secret Service.

Mr. Crooks scoped out the rally site a day before the Secret Service did. He used a drone to survey the site while the Secret Service did not seek permission to use one for the rally. He researched how far Lee Harvey Oswald was from John F. Kennedy when he fatally shot the president in 1963 — the answer is about 265 feet — and managed to climb onto a roof that was about 400 feet from Mr. Trump at its closest point. The Secret Service left that roof unmanned.

The messages provide new fodder for Republican lawmakers who have excoriated FBI Director Christopher Wray and celebrated the resignation of former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle. The House Oversight Committee last week held high-profile hearings where Wray confirmed that Crooks used a drone to obtain his line of sight to President Trump.

“We have recovered a drone that the shooter appears to have used,” said Wray. “It’s being exploited and analyzed by the FBI lab. The drone was recovered in his vehicle, so at the time of his shooting the drone was in his vehicle with the controller.” Asked by Jordan what time the drone was last flown, Wray made a shocking announcement that indicated another security lapse by the Secret Service. “It appears that around 3:50 p.m., 4 o’clock in that window on the day of the shooting that the shooter was flying the drone around the area… Not over the stage and that part of the area itself, but I would say about 200 yards, give or take, away. We think, but we do not know,” he added, “that he was live streaming the view, the footage for around 11 minutes.”

JUST IN: RFK Jr. Responds To Trump Endorsement Rumors, Slams Kamala

The New Atlantis

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is responding to rumors that he offered to endorse former President Donald Trump in exchange for some quid pro quo, possibly an appointment in a second administration if the Republican wins in November. Posting on X, the notable vaccine skeptic dispelled allegations that he would end his campaign before November, telling his 3.1 million followers that he’s “in it to win it.”

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

“I’m in it to win it. I lead in popularity and independents are now the largest voting bloc. Momentum is shifting in my favor as I close in on ballot access in all 50 states. I look forward to challenging President Trump and the DNC nominee at the next debate. #AmericaStrong 🇺🇸,” wrote RFK in response to a Students for Trump representative reporting that he was beginning to cancel multiple campaign events.

A delicate dance between RFK and Trump has gone on for the better part of the year, with each offering cautious praise of the other while cautioning that they are still far apart on major issues, including abortion and Wall Street regulations. ABC News previously reported that the two met privately during last week’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee where the idea of a position in Trump’s administration was brought up. One source said that a possible appointment may relate to overseeing the federal government’s Health and Human Services Administration, a behemoth agency that oversees more than $100 billion in annual spending. The position is notable because of RFK’s prominence as a vaccine skeptic and frequent critic of former presidential advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci.

The conversation is said to have never reached a definite agreement, with one person telling ABC the talks were “free-flowing” and only an “informal” conversation. The two originally spoke by phone on the evening of July 13 after President Trump narrowly avoided an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The sources went on to state that RFK liked the idea because he believed in national unity and rejection by the Democratic Party after spending more than a year in talks trying to “bring the party back to its roots.” RFK left the party in October and filed to continue his presidential campaign as an independent.

A spokeswoman for President Trump confirmed the two met in Milwaukee and stated their conversation was all business. “President Trump met with RFK and they had a conversation about the issues just as he does regularly with important figures in business and politics because they all recognize he will be the next President of the United States,” Trump spokeswoman Danielle Alvarez told ABC News in a statement.

92 Percent Blame KAMALA For Covering Up Biden’s Decline

The New Atlantis

Vice President Kamala Harris is starting her presidential campaign in a deep hole related to whether she knew about President Joe Biden’s physical and cognitive declines. A new poll released on Thursday shows more than nine in 10 Americans believe she participated in efforts by the White House to cover up the signs. The YouGov/Times of London polled 1,170 registered voters, most of whom believe the veep joined Dr. Jill Biden and senior administration officials in scheming to keep the 81-year-old at the top of the ticket until it was almost too late.

The New York Post expanded on details of the survey which went into the field for two days immediately after President Biden announced on Sunday that he was ending his campaign for a second term. On Wednesday evening he delivered a halting Oval Office speech that effectively served as a farewell address to the nation and was accompanied by an ominous warning about democracy and the stakes of the 2024 election.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

An astonishing 92% of respondents believe Harris knew at least a little bit about the president’s progressive deterioration which finally hit the public consciousness following his disastrous debate against President Trump on June 27th. The fallout was all-consuming, putting the White House on daily defense as top Democratic Party officials lined up to urge the president to step aside. The numbers also show more than two in three voters believe Harris knew a “great deal” about Biden’s impairments; 68% overall, with 78% of Republicans, 73% of independents, and 82% of self-identified conservatives saying Harris was central to the coverup.

Just 17% of those surveyed believe Harris was “somewhat” knowledgeable about President Biden’s struggles while 7% say she was “a little” involved in hiding them. Only 22% of Democrats believe she had a great deal to do with hiding the truth about the embattled 81-year-old president.

Asked who is to blame for letting the Democratic Party come devilishly close to running Biden through November, 58% of Democrats and 64% of self-identified liberals believe Harris was pushing the White House to hide President Biden’s ailing health, with an additional 20% of Democrats and 21% of liberals saying she knew “a little” about the plan. Just 12% of Democrats and 7% of liberals say she knew nothing at all.

The Trump campaign is seeking to tie Harris to her boss, who was down by 6% nationally before ceding the race. Following Biden’s exit, the pro-Trump super PAC MAGA Inc. released an ad claiming Harris knew about “Joe’s obvious mental decline.” On Monday the campaign arm of U.S. Senate Republicans demanded that President Biden resign from office, citing his inability to continue in the race. Biden in his Oval Office address stated he would not be stepping down, leaving Harris without the power of incumbency as she heads into November. And although her standing in the polls has improved from where Biden stood, President Trump still holds a slim national lead.

NEW: Democrat Congressman REFUSES To Endorse Kamala Harris: ‘Absolutely Not’

The New Atlantis

Vice President Kamala Harris is not enjoying a clean sweep of endorsements by Democratic Party leaders, with one congressman making a notable departure on Friday.

Congressman Jared Golden (D-ME), who has been a reliable supporter on Capitol Hill for President Joe Biden, refused to throw his support behind the new nominee on the same day that former President Barack Obama endorsed her, joining a slew of other major figures in the party. The Maine Democrat told a Portland TV station that he is “absolutely not” prepared to support Harris just when she needs it most; making matters worse, he was one of six Democrats to join all House Republicans in voting to condemn the veep for her failures as the administration’s border czar.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

While he waits to see “what her vision for the future of the country is,” Rep. Golden said in a statement that Harris must work to earn the trust of Maine voters, especially as it appears she is on a glide path to secure the party’s nomination without a serious challenge at next month’s convention in Chicago. “I expect to have to work to earn Mainers’ votes and our candidates for President should expect the same. Kamala Harris has been a candidate for president for less than a week, and I look forward to learning more about what kind of leader she would be,” he told WGME.

Austin Theriault, a Republican challenger supported by President Trump, blasted his rival for flip-flopping on his support for the top of the ticket and comparing his ambiguous statement to previous positions he’s taken on border bills. “First, Golden flip-flopped on the border, then he took the position of every other slippery Washington politician who refuses to disclose who they’re supporting for President.”

Rep. Golden’s campaign shot back, “The truth is Jared Golden has a strong record of voting to strengthen border security, pushing his own party to take the chaos at the southern border seriously and supporting law enforcement efforts to find and deal with illegal migrants and stop the flow of deadly fentanyl into American communities.”

The Trump campaign is working to rapidly pivot toward a new, more effective line of attack against Harris after spending months preparing for the likelihood of facing President Biden who dropped out of the race on Sunday. House leaders have warned caucus members of referring to Harris, the first Black woman to represent a major party at the top of the ticket, as a “DEI” candidate, arguing it will backfire with minority voters who are supporting Trump in record numbers. The Trump campaign is oscillating between attacks on Harris aimed at her border record, her record as a prosecutor and as the former attorney general of California, and her penchant for making “weird” or uninformed statements about coconut trees and “fancy” artificial intelligence.

Rep. Golden, who is seeking is third term, is among the most vulnerable Democrats of the 2024 cycle. Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) reportedly argued in forcing Biden from the race that he would cost the party its chances to retake the lower chamber if he did not step aside.

‘Squad’ Member On Track For Embarrassing Loss After Major Newspaper Endorses Primary Opponent

The New Atlantis

Exactly one month after “Squad” Congressman Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) lost his primary to a progressive, pro-Israel challenger, another lawmaker in the far-left network is on track for her own landslide loss — and the hometown paper is telling her to throw in the towel.

A poll released on July 14th showed Congresswoman Cori Bush (D-MO) down a stunning 23 points against her progressive challenger Wesley Bell. Now, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch has released an editorial calling for her time in office to come to an end and backing Bell, citing his promises to focus on block-and-tackle matters like effective constituent services and passing laws. Previous analyses show Rep. Bush to be among the least productive lawmakers in Congress. The editorial cited the Squad’s intense focus on winning headlines instead of passing bills, according to The Hill.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

“Missouri’s First Congressional District, encompassing St. Louis city and northern St. Louis County, is our region’s most direct connection to the federal government’s seat of power,” the editorial board said in a piece published Thursday. “For the past four years, the district has been in the hands of U.S. Rep. Cori Bush, a Democrat who has generally appeared less interested in working that system for the good of her constituents than attacking it on behalf of a small, hard-left klatch of lawmakers — ‘the Squad’ — who are good at getting headlines but bad at actually accomplishing anything,” the board continued.

Rep. Bush’s decline in the polls is even more remarkable considering the last survey, released in June, showed her down just 1% against the former prosecutor. Bell hasn’t separated himself from Bush on the Israel-Hamas war and remains a vocal opponent of atrocities committed during the conflict, but the Post-Dispatch concludes he is the best “viable alternative” to a congresswoman who doesn’t have much to show after two years in office.

“Democratic primary voters in the overwhelmingly Democratic district weren’t offered a viable alternative to Bush two years ago,” the Post-Dispatch editorial board said in their Thursday piece. “This year, they have a terrific one. We enthusiastically endorse Wesley Bell for the Democratic nomination to this seat in the Aug. 6 primaries.”

The Post-Dispatch’s editorial board said “Bush’s almost immediate induction into the small clique of progressive House rabble-rousers positioned her as a darling of fringe-left activists — and thus irrelevant to what actually happens in Washington. Bush voted against the Biden administration’s landmark infrastructure package — one of only six House Democrats to do so — to protest the fact that a separate social-spending package was stalled,” the board continued. “That myopic stance helps explain why labor interests that previously backed Bush have moved to Bell.”

In addition to her outspokenness, Rep. Bush has also made it easy for critics to single her out for uninformed statements and alleged lawbreaking. She struggled to describe the tax code after announcing her reelection campaign, and in January the Justice Department quietly launched an investigation into her hiring of a bodyguard with no credentials who was paid more than $100,000 over two years. The guard, Nathaniel Davis, has a history of making virulent antisemitic statements. Bush and Cortney Merritts, another bodyguard, tied the knot in a private ceremony in February 2023.

6 primaries.” The Post-Dispatch’s editorial board said “Bush’s almost immediate induction into the small clique of progressive House rabble-rousers positioned her as a darling of fringe-left activists — and thus irrelevant to what actually happens in Washington. Bush voted against the Biden administration’s landmark infrastructure package — one of only six House Democrats to do so — to protest the fact that a separate social-spending package was stalled,” the board continued. “That myopic stance helps explain why labor interests that previously backed Bush have moved to Bell.” In addition to her outspokenness, Rep. JUST IN: Court Smacks Down Jack Smith’s Desperate Attempt To Save Trump Case

The New Atlantis

A federal appeals court has hampered the latest attempt by special counsel Jack Smith to save his classified documents case against former President Donald Trump that was dismissed earlier this month by U.S. Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon.

Politico reported that Smith’s bid to revive the case is on life support after the 11th Circuit Appeals Court announced it would give both sides until mid-October to submit briefs for a case that is now certain to remain unresolved before the November election. The announcement comes less than a month after Judge Cannon ruled that federal law is ambiguous about whether Smith, a Justice Department representative, was properly appointed by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. After all filings are in, the appeals court would hear oral arguments, with a decision expected weeks or months later.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

The decision is a major blow to Smith, a favorite foil of Trump who has feuded with Cannon, a Trump appointee, over perceived biases in the case. In April, the prosecutor demanded that Judge Cannon rule expeditiously on jury instructions related to the Presidential Records Act so that he may appeal the ruling if she decided that defense attorneys would be allowed to argue that all documents in Trump’s possession were declassified during his time as president. Cannon responded by unsealing a series of documents showing that Smith and DOJ prosecutors threatened the attorney of a Trump defendant and coordinated with the U.S. National Archives to keep Trump’s attorneys out of the loop as they prepared for a raid on Mar-a-Lago. President Trump has previously highlighted a document showing that FBI officials who conducted the raid were given permission to use deadly force.

Smith is still prosecuting President Trump in the Washington, D.C. district where he faces four counts of election interference related to actions and statements surrounding the January 6th, 2021 riots at the U.S. Capitol. In that case, an Obama-appointed judge has been more favorable to the federal prosecutor, imposing a gag order on Trump and setting an early trial date despite millions of pages of evidence left to parse. Still, most legal observers believe Judge Tanya Chutkan will be unable to make a decision before the election; if Trump wins, he is expected to move immediately to have the DOJ drop both cases against him.

In May, President Trump was convicted in his Manhattan hush money trial and has since moved to overturn the ruling, citing a recent Supreme Court decision granting sitting presidents sweeping immunity from official acts taken in office. Attorneys for Trump argue that any direction he gave Michael Cohen to pay Stormy Daniels was protected speech. He faces a second state trial in Georgia where the case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has all but fallen apart.

Despite his felony conviction in New York, Trump has seen Republicans flock to support him and enjoyed record fundraising levels immediately following the outcome. He is still waiting for the Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan to impose a sentence at a later date while the appeals process remains ongoing.

BREAKING: Obamas Reveal Their Plan For The 2024 Presidential Race

The New Atlantis

Former President Barack Obama is wading into the 2024 presidential contest less than a week after President Joe Biden ended his campaign and turned over the top of the ticket to his vice president, Kamala Harris.

The veep and first Black female to lead a major party ticket is seeing a “honeymoon” in the polls as she tightens the race against former President Donald Trump and coalesces major Democratic Party figures behind her candidacy. So far, no challenger has stepped forward, putting Harris on a glide path to a formal nomination at the party’s convention in Chicago next month. Obama, who for days left open the possibility that he would support a “blitz primary” that saw uncommitted delegates swayed by multiple candidates, appears to have closed that door.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

The 44th president on Friday signaled his support for Harris’s insurgent candidacy, releasing a joint statement with former First Lady Michelle Obama saying the former prosecutor would be a “fantastic” successor to Biden. “Earlier this week, Michelle and I called our friend @KamalaHarris. We told her we think she’ll make a fantastic President of the United States, and that she has our full support. At this critical moment for our country, we’re going to do everything we can to make sure she wins in November. We hope you’ll join us,” President Obama said on X. He accompanied the post with a behind-the-scenes video of Harris receiving a call from him announcing the news.

WATCH:

National polls since Biden’s exit continue to show that Trump maintains a lead over Harris and even larger leads in some of the most hotly contested battleground states of the 2024 cycle. However, the switchover has disrupted Republicans’ line of attack which for months had been honed to harness the weakness of Biden’s economy and foreign policy chops as well as growing evidence of his physical and mental decline in office. Harris has scrambled that strategy, Politico reported, as Republicans test messages about Harris’s failures as a border czar, tough-on-crime prosecutor as the former attorney general of California, and her penchant for making “weird” or uninformed statements about coconut trees and “fancy” artificial intelligence.

Support from the Obamas comes after other major Democrats have fallen in line behind the vice president. Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who some say was the most vociferous in forcing President Biden out of the race, endorsed Harris on Wednesday and was quickly followed by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY). In addition, she has notched nods from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and essentially all Democrats who have spoken out — with the exception of a few contrarians including Congressmen Dan Golden (D-NY) and “Squad” member Rashida Tlaib (D-MN). Sen. John Tester (D-MT), the most vulnerable incumbent of the 2024 cycle, has issued similarly vague statements about supporting Harris, who remains a deeply unpopular figure among the American electorate.

The New Atlantis

A good-natured ribbing between Fox News’ Peter Doocy and Biden spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre has the internet in stitches after the president’s resident orator attempted a clever comeback that set up her favorite foe for a hilarious takedown.

During Thursday’s press briefing, Doocy asked KJP, “How are you doing” amid the tumultuous few days since President Biden announced he would not continue with his reelection campaign. The direct question took her by surprise. “You actually care about me?” Jean-Pierre asked Doocy, one of her regular nemeses during the briefings. The Fox veteran then asked KJP if she would continue on in her role with Kamala Harris, if victorious. “Let me just get through the day,” she replied with a smile before asking him, “How are you doing? Are you good? I haven’t seen you in a while.” That was all the opening Doocy needed.

(VOTE: Are You Supporting TRUMP Or KAMALA In November?)

“Well, uh, you guys haven’t had a press briefing since –,” he began before the press corps jeered KJP. “Biden dropped out of the race,” he finished. The press secretary was quick with an excuse. “The president just got here yesterday, and now I’m here taking your questions. And I’ve taken about three or four from you at this point alone.”

WATCH:

Since being named the network’s White House correspondent in January 2021, Doocy has elevated himself in conservative media circles with pointed questions that have thrown Jean-Pierre off balance at times as she’s struggled to find on-the-spot answers for some of the lowest moments in Biden’s presidency. His failure for days to visit survivors of last year’s Maui wildfires was brought up by Doocy, prompting KJP to briefly lose her composure.

“Do you guys realize that the initial Hawaii wildfire response was not that good? Or is it just easier for people to get help from the White House when the president is not on vacation?” asked Doocy. The spokeswoman snapped back, saying “If you were to do your reporting and speak to the governor of Hawaii, the senators of Hawaii, the folks on the ground, they would say that the President reacted in record time.”

One month later, Doocy asked her directly, “Why does White House staff treat [President Biden] like a baby?” citing sources in a new book who claimed that the president was growing upset with how he was being treated. KJP waved away the rumors, saying it’s not “unusual” for acrimonious, anonymous sniping among White House staff to occur and “happen[ed] all the time” in previous administrations.

However, both professionals also know when to put their swords down. In October of 2023, the Fox News correspondent tried some new material based off of Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) being reprimanded for pulling a fire alarm to disrupt a congressional vote. In a light-hearted moment during a briefing, he posed a comedic question to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about whether President Biden would ever consider “pulling a fire alarm” to avoid a meeting. The question elicited a chuckle from many present, including Jean-Pierre herself, who responded by saying she had not spoken to the president on the matter and declined to comment further.

‘SHE’S AN IDIOT’: Female Voters TRASH Kamala In Hilarious MSNBC Focus Group

The New Atlantis

Vice President Kamala Harris’s honeymoon with voters may be starting to reach its end, based on an MSNBC focus group that went terribly off the rails on Wednesday.

The liberal news network was interviewing female swing voters in Wisconsin about the historic nature of Harris’s candidacy after she replaced President Joe Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket in November. However, rather than praise the veep as a credible shatterer of the ultimate glass ceiling, some of the women questioned whether she has the intelligence to hold the most demanding job in the world.

“As a schoolteacher, if I did not do what I was supposed to be doing, you better believe my job would be in jeopardy,” said the woman, according to the Daily Caller. “Not only was [Harris’s] job not in jeopardy, she was just handed a promotion.”
